ITTADAKIMASU!!!!!!!

Wargh......

Lain dulang lain kakinya
Makanan Jepun apa rasanya

Ratib-ratib buluh nipah
Baru rasa hendak muntah

Gendang gendut tali kecapi
Pedas betul wasabi ini

Duduk inding enggang tap
Sambal belacan juga yang sedap!

Siakap senohong, gelama ikan duri
Sedap lagi sushi sendiri

Sudah gaharu cendana pula
Belum tahu kenalah cuba!!

Puas saya bertanam ubi
Nanas juga dipandang orang
Puas saya makan sushi

Sekadar meminjam tiada salahnyakan? Moga tiada yang berkecil hati.

I wanna Panda!! Skadoosh!!

*This is an unofficial (childish) post from me, u can move on without reading this post if u think this is crap*

Have u guys watch Kung Fu Panda? (I know, I'm late!!) It's seriously crazy and funny. It's full of real Kung Fu elements; the background music, the wisdoms, the technics, the Kung Fu of course, PLUS the big fat panda. OMG I just couldn't stop laughing all the way through the movie.

The script; oh, I just couldn't get enough!!

(the story started with this)
Po: Legend tells of a legendary warrior whose Kung Fu skills were the stuff of legend.

(Po father, a goose, said, hoping that Po will inherit their restaurant)
Mr. Ping: We are noodle folk. Broth runs through our veins.

(Po, making excuse not to show his Kung Fu because he really didn't know Kung Fu)
Po: I just ate, so I'm still digesting, so my Kung Fu may not be as good as later on.

(Master Shifu began to teach Po how to Kung Fu)
Shifu: When you focus on Kung Fu, when you concentrate, you stink.
[Po frowns]
Shifu: But perhaps that is my fault. I cannot train you the way I have trained the Five. I now see that the way to get through to you is with this.
[pulls out a bowl of dumplings]
Po: Oh great, 'cause I am hungry!
Shifu: [laughs] Good. When you have been trained, you may eat. Let's begin.

Wisdoms :

Oogway: My friend, the panda will never fulfill his destiny, nor you yours until you let go of the illusion of control.
Shifu: Illusion?
Oogway: Yes.
[points at peach tree]
Oogway: Look at this tree, Shifu: I cannot make it blossom when it suits me nor make it bear fruit before its time.
Shifu: But there are things we *can* control: I can control when the fruit will fall, I can control where to plant the seed: that is no illusion, Master!
Oogway: Ah, yes. But no matter what you do, that seed will grow to be a peach tree. You may wish for an apple or an orange, but you will get a peach.
Shifu: But a peach cannot defeat Tai Lung!
Oogway: Maybe it can, if you are willing to guide, to nurture it, to believe in it.
Shifu: But how? How? I need your help, master.
Oogway: No, you just need to believe. Promise me, Shifu, promise me you will believe.

Oogway: Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.

and more here

If u have some free time, some really really free time with seriously nothing else to do or u just want a go with this saying, 'laughter is the best medicine', then watch this panda becomes the Dragon Warrior!!

Have fun! (and have a nice day)

Food and Diet

Check this out....

QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION ON HEALTH ISSUES

Q: I've heard that cardiovascular
exercise can prolong life; is this
true?

A: Your heart is only good for so many
beats, and that's it... don't waste
them on exercise. Everything wears out
eventually. Speeding up your heart
will not make you live longer; that's
like saying you can extend the life of
your car by driving it faster. Want to
live longer? Take a nap.

Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat
more fruits and vegetables?

A: You must grasp logistical
efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay
and corn. And what are these?
Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more
than an efficient mechanism of
delivering vegetables to your system.
Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also
a good source of field grass (green
leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can
give you 100% of your recommended
daily allowance of vegetable products.

Q: How can I calculate my body/fat
ratio?

A: Well, if you have a body and you
have fat, your ratio is one to one. If
you have two bodies, your ratio is two
to one, etc.

Q: What are some of the advantages of
participating in a regular exercise
program?

A: Can't think of a single one, sorry.
My philosophy is: No Pain...Good !

Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?

A: YOU'RE NOT LISTENING!!! ... Foods
are fried these days in vegetable oil.
In fact, they're permeated in it. How
could getting more vegetables be bad
for you?

Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from
getting a little soft around the
middle?

A: Definitely not! When you exercise a
muscle, it gets bigger. You should
only be doing sit-ups if you want a
bigger stomach.

Q: Is chocolate bad for me?

A: Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa beans!
Another vegetable!!! It's the best
feel-good food around!

Q: Is swimming good for your figure?

A: If swimming is good for your
figure, explain whales to me.

Q: Is getting in-shape important for
my lifestyle?

A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!

Well, I hope this has cleared up any
misconceptions you may have had about
food and diets.

And remember:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the
grave with the intention of arriving
safely in an attractive and well
preserved body, but rather to skid in
sideways - Chardonnay in one hand -
chocolate in the other - body
thoroughly used up, totally worn out
and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride"

Would you laugh, or.... just nod?

I saw this neatly pasted notice on the toilet door while wandering around, waiting for class to begin...

Please don't kill me...

This is too direct...

Very direct. =D

ScHolaR vs AlCoHoLic

Alcoholic: Do you think I'm doing wrong by eating a date?

Scholar: No

Alcoholic: And if I ate it with some grass?

Scholar: There is nothing wrong with that.

Alcoholic: And if I were to wash them down with water?

Scholar: Drink and enjoy.

Alcoholic: Since all of that is pemissible, then why do you forbid us from alcohol, which consists of the above mentioned ingredients?

Scholar: If I poured water on top of you, would that hurt you?

Alcoholic: No it would not.

Scholar: And if I were to sprinkle some dirt in that, would you be hurt?

Alcoholic: That would not harm me.

Scholar: But if I were to mix water and dirt together and through a process make a large brick from those two elements, and then were I to throw that large brick at you, would you be hurt?

Alcoholic: That would kill me!

Scholar: The same goes for alcohol.

AppLe vs MicroSofT

Three Apple engineers and three Microsoft employees are
traveling by train to a conference. At the station, The three
Microsoft employees each buy tickets and watch as the three
Apple engineers buy only a single ticket.

"How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?" asks
a Microsoft employee.

"Watch and you'll see," answers the Apple engineer.

They all board the train. The Microsoft employees take their
respective seats but all three Apple engineers cram into a
restroom and close the door behind them.

Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around
collecting tickets. He knocks on the restroom door and says,
"ticket,please."

The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a
ticket in hand.

The conductor takes it and moves on.

The Microsoft employees saw this and agreed it was quite a
clever idea. So after the conference, the Microsoft employees
decide to copy the Apple engineers (as they always do) on the
return trip and save some money (being clever with money, and
all that).

When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the
return trip. To their astonishment, the Apple engineers don't
buy a ticket at all.

"How are you going to travel without a ticket?" asks one
perplexed Microsoft employee.

"Watch and you'll see," answers an Apple engineer.

When they board the train the three Microsoft employees cram
into a restroom and the three Apple engineers cram into another
one nearby.

The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the Apple engineers
leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the
Microsoft employees are hiding.

He knocks on the door and says, "Ticket, please..."

An aPPle A DaY....

After digging to a depth of 100m last year, Russian scientists found traces of copper wiring dating back 1000 years, and came to the conclusion that their ancestors already had a telephone network one thousand years ago.So as not to be outdone, in the weeks that followed, American scientists dug200m, and headlines in the US newspapers read: "US scientists have found traces of 2000 year old optical fibers, and have concluded that their ancestors already had advanced high tech digital telephone 1000 years earlier than the Russians."
One week later, a Malaysian scientist En Mat Boot, reported the following:After digging as deep as 500m, Malaysian scientists have found absolutely nothing. They have concluded that 5000 years ago, their ancestors were already using wireless mobile phones."
